It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas based on some of the specials and limited edition items that are starting to pop up (and this is just the start; I’m sure late October-November will packed with even more tempting items). Here are three items I would indulge in if I had to much money on my hands.

The Luxe Advent Calendar

Now this is a smart idea: An advent calendar packed with deluxe beauty samples. Loose Button, the company behind Luxe Box, has teamed up with Lancome and three of its partner brands: Shu Uemura, Yves Saint Laurent and Giogio Armani to turn this great idea into reality.

The calendar will retail for $109 (yeah, it’s not cheap) and will be very limited in quantity. To reserve your spot to buy one, as well as to enter for your chance to win one, head over to this app on Facebook.

Shoppers Drugmart Fall Beauty Bonus
Between now and October 26, if you spend $125 or more on cosmetics, skin care or fragrances at a Shoppers’ Beauty Boutique, you’ll receive a silver cosmetic case packed with 13 samples that total S137 in value. Sadly Shoppers doesn't list the samples that will be included (maybe they vary?) but their samples are usually pretty good.

This promo is run every few months but since the holidays are coming up, maybe you can cross a few names off your list while treating yourself.

In this limited edition collection, “François Nars’ pays tribute to pop art pioneer Andy Warhol.” The result is well-edit line of pretty products that do reference Warhol without the usual clichés (so no soup cans or tired quotes here).
